Most of the staff are really nice and helpful! Hotel was lovely, good pillows. Just loud construction outside that can’t be helped
Lovely hotel, very central, and very clean. Only thing it’s lacking is tea & coffee making facilities in the room but overall great stay in a brilliant hotel. Roof top bar is fantastic

Great staff, extremely helpful and friendly! Room cleaned so well when we were out. Towels replaced regularly. Cannot complain about this place at all. Great central location.
