This was a great stay! I was visiting family, and staying alone. I felt the location was easy to navigate, safe, and comfortable. It was relaxing to come here at the end of a long sight seeing day. The facilities were really good, the room comfortable, the staff helpful, and all was clean. The service at the restaurant was good, and it was nice to have an option for room service. I had a very late check-in due to a late flight. The staff was quick to greet me and then was helpful in storing my luggage after check-out.

The location of this hotel beside the Metro and nearby Barcelo Market offer easy transportation and a lot of good food options. The breakfast buffet was really nice and had a lot of options. Its a decent 4-star hotel for the price. Something at this hotel really triggered my allergies. I'm not sure what it was but they cleared up when I was out for the whole day, and right after I checked out. For that reason alone, I wouldn't stay here again.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Hotel bar was ok. There was a lovely little local (non tourist) bar 5 minute walk from the hotel (bar Mual).

Both Rooms were clean. Despite being compact for American standards. it was well planned and utilitarian. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient and good with a small restaurant with goodbreakfast on premises and a well-known restaurant diagonally across. There's a small Convenience store open very late (around midnight).
