As the Hilton Airport is a hotel aimed at serving passengers who need to catch a flight, the transportation to the airport should have a more extensive schedule, as I found it very limited

The hotel is fine, but it is only convenient for an overnight airport stay. Otherwise, it is a taxi/uber ride away from anything, including the airport. There is nowhere to walk either. Although I was in Madrid for only 1.5 days between flights, I wish I had stayed at a hotel in the center of town.

Staying at the hotel

It was the most amazing and safe experience at a hotel I have had. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was great. The bathrooms in the rooms were modern and clean. Perfect for families! However they do not have any spa facilities apart from pool, sauna or steam room. They also don’t have any usb charger ports so anyone using UK plugs should bring an adapter
