We stayed one night with an early flight the next morning. The room was really impressive and the needed luxury at end of two-week trip was well needed. Location is close to airport which was nice but because our flight was very early we had to take uber because shuttle wasn't running yet and there are little/no options for food in area other than restaurant in hotel. It was really good and we enjoyed the food allot, but it is $$$

Not happy with my staying, the cost was very high for what the hotel provides. Additionally I was charged for a local call at more than 10 euros, when trying to call to a local restaurant, where the local call did not take more than 30 seconds. No plans to use this hotel in the future

Review for Hilton Madrid Airport We stayed at the Hilton Madrid Airport for an overnight layover, and it was an excellent choice for convenience and comfort. The hotel is perfectly located for travelers needing a short stay near the airport, with efficient shuttle service making the transfer seamless. The rooms were impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a long flight. The only downside was the temperature—our room was quite warm, and we weren’t able to lower it, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. However, everything else about the stay was fantastic. One pleasant surprise was the quality of the food. While the hotel’s restaurant and bar are on the expensive side, the food was much better than what you typically find at airport hotels. The flavors, presentation, and service all exceeded expectations. The hotel also has a gym, which, while small, was a nice option for getting in a quick workout. Overall, the Hilton Madrid Airport is a great choice for an overnight stay—comfortable, convenient, and with better dining than most airport hotels. Despite the temperature issue, we would absolutely stay here again.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolute horrible hotel. And for the cost to value ratio, absolutely not worth it. Steak and a beer, that will be 70 euros. Pizza and a drink, 35 euros. Food over priced and under value Room was clean that was all, the bare minimum. We had to complain multiple times due to kids using the landings as a race track playing hide and seek banging on doors, clearly after complaining the first time reception failed to address it till I had to complain a second time. The fact I was on a night shift and was woken up was the annoying thing. We booked this hotel due to the fact it was meant to have a heated indoor pool. Let me tell you it doesn’t. And water temperature was freezing. Was that cold it stung after 2 seconds. I wandered why nobody was using the pool, this explains it. Oh, and the pool is only open 4 hours a day, so if you thought about relaxing by the pool for the day then don’t bother, it ain’t gonna happen. Annoyingly there are nicer, cleaner and much better suited hotels within the viscosity of the airport with no doubt better amenities. Usually when you check into a Hilton and you’re an honours member you get complimentary tea and coffee on arrival, paaaaah absolutely not here. Give me a holiday inn express for half the cost than here

The Hilton Madrid is a perfect place for a one-night stay near the airport. A shuttle runs every 1/2 hour. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Unfortunately, there are limited restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Whenever I have an overnight flight to or from Madrid I stay in the Hilton. It’s super clean, comfortable, great staff, excellent restaurants and very close to the airport. Highly recommended.
