Loved my stay there. Good breakfast with lots of options including gluten free. Staff super friendly. Very quiet yet well located. Itā€™s a huge hotel with hundreds of guests but it doesnā€™t feel that way. Itā€™s quiet and comfortable.

Good quality hotel. Central with easy access by metro from airport (1 change). Good selection for breakfast buffet. Rooftop bar with great views. All in all a good choice for a short break in Madrid.

Big busy hotelā€¦lively fort those who appreciate crowds. Top floors bars were great. Didnā€™t like the carpets and the superior king bedroom felt a bit squeezed for 2 adults 1 kid and 1 toddler. But they had crib and sofa bed ready on arrival. Bathroom was clean and adequate.

Best hotel of Madrid

Excellent hotel. Superb views. Very lovely and very polite staff. They will open the door of the hotel every time you arrive. Our room had a gorgeous view of the Plaza. The Gran Via avenue is awesome for walk. I think one of the best hotels you can stay in Madrid. There is also the crazy rooftop bar with the iconic foto of the city.

This hotel is gorgeous. Its location is very centric, you can walk around to most of the main attractions as Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor or Museo del Prado. Its staff is friendly and helpful. Taxi station is at left corner and train station right in front. As a lady, the only downside was the hair dryer. So, bring your own with an European electric converter (lol).
