Great central hotel

Hotel is lovely, clean, modern and in a fantastic location. The breakfast is good but not as amazing as reviews make out. Limited plant based and allergen-free options. Parking availability was good but space is tight, for confident parkers only. They had 2 EV chargers free of charge also. Main problem with hotel is how busy it is which makes foyer and lift area quite stressful particularly at peak times. We stayed early May and the pool was not open despite the website saying it is open spring/summer. Hotels should really advertise exact dates to reduce disappointment, particularly for those travelling with children or choosing hotel based on specific amenities

Great location, dated rooms.

The hotel is in a great location (very central) with spacious rooms and good breakfast! However, rooms are older, corridors look dated with slow lift service, room doesn't come with too many amenities and for the price, you could probably find better value. Access to the roof is great, but it can be so crowded with other tourists not staying at the hotel as well.

Perfect location for Madrid stay

Absolutely delighted with recent stay here. Location is perfect and the metro is 20 seconds from the front door. Staff were all brilliant especially at breakfast. Breakfast buffet was great too. Would 100% return.

Love this clean modern hotel with a wonderful breakfast. We were greeted upon arrival & given a choice of rooms. Very happy to be on 24th floor with a great view of Gran Via. Very comfortable room, bed & bath. Second time staying there & I’d return. Don’t miss the Rooftop!

El hotel es bastanta centrico en todos lis aspectos lo unico malo es que dejan ingresar demasiado gente al rooftop y se llena tanto que uno como huesped no lo puede disfrutar comodamente porque se llena demasiado y la atencion de los meseros no es muy buena en el piso 27
