Unique and beautiful hotel, the roof-top hot tub made it extra special. The rooms are finished to a high standard and the food is also very good. If i was ever staying in Krakow again i would book this hotel.

Perfect location, ten minute walk to main square. Staff really friendly and checking in and out was quick and allowed us to stay in our room until 12 due to our later flight. Hot tub on the roof open 24 hours and we used the sauna after a long day out. We would return to this hotel if we visited krakow again.

Very high standard in every way couldnt fault it well happy with all the extras the food was excellent and not too far away from the square

Our stay in the hotel was amazing. First of all, there was easy to go from airport (only 20minutes train to train station and then maybe 15 minutes walking). The location of the hotel is really good for tourists. Everything is near and you can walk to any location from the hotel. Area is also good. Then the staff. The staff was every time really friendly and helpful. We felt great there. They make you feel at home. They were really experts! Breakfast is really good and they make hot food there for you. Rooms were tidy and nice. And of course, there is hot tube in the roof where you can see beautiful Krakow in the night maybe. Definetly recommend this hotel for couples or basically to everybody. Prices are good for this experience.
