The hours for breakfast are not clear, posted , or visible. Everyone seems rushed to shut down and leave. Also the room service does not specify charges for convenience or prices. Unaware until the check. Hard rock needs to specify, seems very confusing and misleading. Also the list given at the en of check can be very confusing since there is no way to proof and of the charges.

Love everything about this hotel. Rooms are big for European standards. Comfortable bed, clean rooms, pleasant and courteous staff who gave excellent service through and through. Would stay here when in Madrid again. Highly recommended. Five stars all the way! Thank you Hard Rock Hotel Madrid.

The room was noisy as the interior window to the lobby hadn’t been fitted properly. We had a wet room bathroom, which held water the other side of the room to the shower.

2 blocks from the train station and walkable to Plaza Mayor and surrounding, very convenient location. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean, updated, and had food amenities. Pool area was adorable!

Very welcoming front of house staff. The room had some nice additions such as charging points and bottled water. The roof top bar was manned by 1 person. My drink took about 15 minutes to arrive. I was served a flat cava and the young man knew it was! A further 10 minutes later he brought my replacement. In general the area was dated. The constant loud music in all communal areas and the spray mist in the roof top bar were annoying! Locaton was good. I wouldn't book again! We usually use the hotel bar frequently but not this time!

Every thing about our stay was really good . The staff were all kind and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of food. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that we would say is that our room overlooked the atrium and was a little noisy at noght.

Great hotel- fab breakfast and a pool and garden area to relax in. The hotel is on a busy main road however and it was noisy, making sleeping difficult. I had requested a quiet room, but didn’t get one.

More or less things were good however I wish you could have add couple of Bothell of water for free on daily basis versus paying 10 Euro to purchase a Bothell. As far as breakfast buffet foods are not organized and ready to serve but instead you need to order and wait to get your food. This morning took them 20 minutes to make our omelet ready.
