The main convention centre in Wexford is the Whites of Wexford, where the dining room can hold up to 1,000 people and you can book an overnight spa package. Each year the Wexford Bridge Congress takes place there, bringing serious cards fans from around the world together.
A walk along the Wexford Quay should bring you to one or two restaurants serving seafood. Grab some oysters while they are fresh, or head into the town for Italian and Irish meals.
