Nice hotel for a family stay, with dantastic restaurants onsite. Room was nice and clean, however a reoccurring issue with the flushers in the toilet during the night, but this dod not take from the overall lovely break

Great hotel. Hotel room was lovely, comfortable beds, lovely and warm. Had carvery lunch on arrival amazing roast beef dinner. Our room was ready early so checked in straight away. Went for a swim which was amazing and not too deep for my son. Had breakfast which was amazing and back down for another swim before check out. All the staff were very accommodating and anything we needed they were happy to help.

The Wet Wetroom 143

I tequested a room with a shower andxwas given a disabled room with a wet room bathroom. Room 143 it was in need of a review ofvthe wetroom with missing grout and damp smell and on the bedroom side of the adjoining wall signs of water ingress. The wetroom should have been grouted with an epoxy grout

I was disappointed to hear the hotel I booked was closing during my stay and we were moved to another hotel in advance. Having driven past the original hotel it is my belief that they were not closed. The hotel we did stay in was perfectly acceptable but didn ot have a leisure centre which specifically why I wanted the hotel I booked for my boyfriends birthday

December overnight

An ok stay. Overnight from the ferry, late check in, no food available which was a bit poor. Couldn’t hear yourself unmatched bar with the entertainment, but it is what it is. Breakfast was very average, pretty unhappy that there was concentrate for fruit juice. Pool, and all good. Will be looking at other options next time.
