It was perfectly located for walking to sites and restaurants. Hotel transfer arrangements were amazing. Only downsize was how tiny the pool actually is.

Hotel is good value for the money. It’s simple and clean. Breakfast was good but limited choice which got a little boring for a weeks stay. Location was ok. We did end up taking the subway everywhere. The only real issue was the incessant banging during the day from renovations or something.

Rooms were nice, beds were only ok. Ac blows right on the beds so it’s freeze or sweat Staff was great and the hotel was in excellent shape! We enjoyed the pool quite a lot!

Let’s start with the positives. The room was very good in size, AC, beds, towels and bedding sheets. The breakfast buffet is great. Toiletries in the room are almost non existent except the soap and shampoo. No room service either. If you need something you go to the front desk and ask for it and take it to the room. No ice available either. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the true center at Plaza del Sol. The immediate neighborhood isn’t impressive neither. At the end of the price per night is above $150 then look for another place. At the price I paid, the value was below expectations.

The reception and maintenance staff were amazing! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. They took care of our luggage and souvenirs while we completed the pilgrimage to Santiago, and everything was in perfect condition when we returned. Nice hotel

Nice hotel with a small rooftop pool which was very welcome on a hot day. The room was clean with comfortable beds and really good pillows. The location was quite good for walking to lots of sites. Plenty of bars in the area as well.
