Always a very pleasant stay at this hotel. This was my third time. Staff is helpful and attentive. Location is very central with easy access to the metro and taxi’s. I didn’t receive any VIP amenities except a free glass of Cava though.

Well located property, very near the palace and metro links to allow easy access to anywhere in Madrid. Staff were very nice, room was cleaned to a very good standard daily. Well equipped gym and nice range of food available at breakfast. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Madrid.

This has to be my favourite hotel in Madrid. Not only are the staff amazing regardless of the department they work in but the location is excellent to discover the city on foot. Great shops, fabulous restaurants even though the in house restaurant is to die for!! Great food, excellent wines and great prices too! It really is a home from home and the beautiful cheery rooms with City view make your stay one to remember!!
