Amazing location, great breakfast buffet and worth every dollar!! Can access all main attractions with easily walking, metro or bike. Driving is bit more challenging as its a very congested area so only drive if have to. BEATRICE at the bar downstairs made best cocktail of the day I had in YEARS! And I was bartender in college back in new york. Bravo to her and the team

The service on this hotel was like no other. Everybody was extremely friendly and attentive. All our needs were addressed. Extremely clean and the proximity to all the places was outstanding. If I ever return to Madrid for another visit there is no question in my mind that I will stay in that same hotel. Bravo Barceló Torre de Madrid, well done.

I paid Expedia extra to get a view of the front, the City view. When I got to the hotel the front desk person told me that it did not show that I paid extra, and that I had to take it up with Expedia. I then proceeded to call Expedia who told me the opposite, that it was the hotels fault and that they would help me navigate this problem. We went back and forth with the hotel (all while I am supposed to be having an enjoyable vacation)! At the end the hotel refused to refund anything and Expedia said “oh well!” I feel like I got swindled by both! Be careful paying for anything extra, they will not deliver! Very disappointing.
