You could hear the traffic noise from inside your hotel room. Location was good as there is a train station next door and it’s 20 minutes walk to Shinjuku station.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location is about a 15m walk to the popular areas of Shinjuku but far enough so you get a good night’s rest. The property is right on a boulevard that allows easy and quick access across Shinjuku there’s a metro stop with access points within meters of the property to connect you with popular parts of the city like Shibuya and Akusaka. Tons of konibi nearby. Korea town is also nearby. Room is cleaned every 3 days or on demand.

Hotel is located 15 minutes away walking distance to Shinjuku station. There is also parking available in the back for people who rent a car. Friendly english speaking staff. Rooms were clean. Plenty of restaurants and places to shop near hotel.

Don’t trust the reviews!

This hotel smells. It just feels dirty right when I walked into my room. The lobby was pretty bad too, but my room smelled stale and musty and it was very very dusty. My room was depressing and dark even though it had a window. The carpet feels so dirty. . I requested to clean the room every day which they did, but it just still felt so dirty and so dusty and it smelled stale and musty like old building like they’re just covering up things.
