The only good thing about the hotel is the convenience of the location. Close to Central Park and walkable to tTime Square. The hotel lobby is ample and clean but that is about the only areas that are clean.

Nice experience

The hotel is conveniently situated close to many interesting sites, including the Central Park. In general, good impression and good customer service. However, the hotel needs renovation. It is a bit outdated.

We booked there because apparently was a good hotel the photos and the exterior areas from the hotel looked pretty but really the rooms are very bad . We already had payed and they didn’t want to refund the money. We saw 3 differents options there are so poor in cleaning and smell so very bad . I have some photos and videos to show the reality of this room . We couldn’t go any another hotel because it was midnight and no one canceled our request. We are trying to communicate with you but it hasn’t been possible . We really need our money back.

Great location, but overall would give a poor rating as: - staff are rude and not welcoming - rooms are old, small and worn down - very noisy, can hear people in corridors and room doors closing, can also hear street noise I would NOT recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort and standard guest care.
