Staff was great. Very responsive to small issues. Dryer quit working and they replaced in minutes. Very clean. Only downside is the noise from the street. Location is excellent for seeing all of midtown.

Hotel needs a rehaul

The hotel is in major need of being renovated! The carpets are old and appear quite dirty, as do details like the caulking in the bathroom. There was no soap bars or lotion next to the sink, so we had to reach into the shower for body wash every time we washed our hands -- not a big deal, but inconvenient.

Staff was so nice and literally a block from Times Square and all the Broadway shows. Everything no so sooo convenient and having a fridge, microwave, oven/stove and dishes was perfect for a child with food allergies where eating out isn’t an option.
