Good

The location is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The property is nice and clean. The employees were all nice. Having access to a full kitchen is also a plus especially in the city. My only complaint is that in the evening the rooms are very loud. In other hotels I’ve stayed at in the city I can very rarely hear outside noise but this one you could even hear people talking. Never was able to get a good proper rest due to being awaken by the outside noise but for the amenities and the location, it is amazing

Excellent location for exploring theatre district, Times Square, Central Park, and more. Pasta Lovers restaurant next door had very good food. One bedroom apartment was well equipped. Desk staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay there when we return. Only concern was that housekeeping did not come to our room after our first and second nights. We did see them and ask for clean towels, which they brought quickly.

Rooms are small but equipped with a kitchenette and bistro table/2 chairs. Staff is excellent. Our toilet was a bit wobbly and in need of maintenance.

Great central location, near to the best shows on Broadway & Times Square. Reception staff were really nice & helpful. Our room, for 2 people, was clean, well equipped for cooking. Large shower & double bed, dining table & chairs were comfortable. Free use of safe & air con. Was a little noisy at night (4th floor overlooking the road ) but no noise from other guests. Would definitely stay there again.

The Apartment is very much accessible and location perfect. The staff were all so helpful and nice, brilliant service! The room is fully functional i nluding the use of laundry is so helpful. Will highly recommend the place for any NY visitors.
