Very nice Hotel! Very Old building but newly renovated. Staff was helpful and very friendly. They offer a free shuttle serviced that goes to the Cleveland Clinic complex which is a big stress reducer. There is a private parking lot which cost an additional 22 dollars per day but worth it to know your vehicle is safe. Free chocolate chip cookie at check in. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect trip. In town for a show. Easy check in,convenient parking. Breakfast buffet available to purchase and was very nice. Rooms were clean and quiet. Close to Cleveland clinic. Within walking distance. Highly recommend this facility.

We like historic hotels and the great architectural features. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel bar was very nice and the barmaid was cordial. Parking was nearby and the cost reasonable.

I loved the historic building and the ability to walk to the Art Museum. The shuttle service was an unexpected perk for traveling further distances. Staff was helpful and fun.

The check-in staff was not very friendly or helpful at all and was very disappointing. The room itself was very nice except the view was not nice at all as we were looking at a bunch of A/C units on a roof. The upgrades in the room were very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

While we arrived to find a bowl of congealed ? in the back of the mini fridge and the room wasn't as nice as the last time we stayed, the staff were super friendly and professional and went the extra mile to clean up the mess and make things right. The only issue that I have with the Tudor Arms (as usual) is the fact that they charge $21 a night for parking. Other than that, though, great hotel and great staff.
