The staff was friendly but the shuttle driver went above and beyond he was courteous and even took us to eat and came back and got us ive never had that sort of service before. Thank you james you were wonderful you are a shining light for that establishment

Tudor Arms is an appealing choice in the arts and museum district. We liked its renovated, grand vintage building and spacious rooms.

It was a handicap room, even though we did not need one. The door was hard to open to get out of the room. Grab bars behind the toilet made it impossible for the lid to stay up which made it difficult to sit and get up. No air the first night but had it fixed for the second night. Shuttle did not run early enough for an appointment at Cleveland Clinic at 7am. It’s a clean place and have never seen bugs. The ice machine did not work on our floor (9th) and I had to go down to 8th to get ice. This was our second stay but probably won’t stay again as my daughter had appointments early and it cost too much to have the car parked at CC. We will find a place a little out of town to get a better price.

Great hotel, excellent restaurant staffing with high quantity food with fast service. Check out staff was asked a question concerning the breakfast being included with our stay, as advertised but was charged and when staff at front desk, he was rude and asked our status of loyalty club and then just stayed , "what ever" . I went to the admin office and told them as well as gave them my number to call for the response but no call...

Room did not have a tv remote. I was told I would have to come to the front desk from 13th floor to get one which I did. Unfortunately the remote did not work. We called front desk and was told they would send someone to room. They never showed !

My visit to Cleveland

The check-in and check-out process was straightforward. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby. However, the room was quite spacious, but the bed rail and headboard were worn and scratched extensively. Additionally, I found long hair on the chair, which was unacceptable.
