Inside, the main level features a bright and welcoming living room that flows easily into the kitchen and dining area, creating an open gathering space where family and friends can cook, dine, and spend time together. Large windows bring in natural light and help create a warm, comfortable atmosphere for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Quiet, Peaceful Beach
Layout:
Bottom level entry bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with king bed and full hall bath. Also downstairs has family room/rec room with futon and trundle twin beds for additional sleeping. Middle level has spacious open kitchen leading to a large deck with a peekaboo view of the ocean and protection from the ocean breezes. Also on the main level is a large Great room/Dining room with an additional puzzle/game table all with a view of the ocean. There is a full bathroom on the second level as well. Upstairs loft bedroom has king bed and its own private bathroom and reading area with a view of the ocean (loft is open to the downstairs but has privacy curtains).

Neighborhood:
Tierra Del Mar is a small community of homes 3 miles north of Pacific City on Sandlake Road. Tierra Del Mar is on the Three Cape Scenic Route, off of Hwy 101. The low bank tranquil beach has views from Haystack Rock to Cape Lookout. This is a favorite place for locals and visitors alike.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Great location, great kitchen and main room

Very nice house with a good deck and in a great location. The only disappointment for us was that the main suite was only accessible via a spiral staircase, which was too steep for our dog. The main room and kitchen are very nice, and the kitchen was very well appointed. We also appreciate that there were supplies such as foil, zip lock bags, etc. The price was very good as well. We would stay there again.

Amazing Place!

Absolutely loved the house! Location was perfect for our trip. Highly recommend if you are looking to enjoy the coast and hear the sound of the sea lull you to sleep at night! We will be back if the schedule works!

Great stay for the holiday!

We had a great time at this location. We spent Thanksgiving here. We brought the whole meal with us which went smoothly with the large kitchen and refrigerator space. The only downside was that the double ovens were actually quite small and our roasting pan for the turkey did not fit. Thankfully there was a roasting pan provided in the pantry that our turkey just barely fit in. It all worked out though and our meal was great! It was so nice to sit at the dining table during meals and watch the waves roll in. The beach was just a short walk out the door. Very quiet and nice people all around. The house was very roomy. Plenty of room for our group to move around and spread out. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of bedding for everyone. One thing I would change is the bottom floor bathroom with a bathtub has doors that are hard to manage and are awkward to get around when trying to bathe a toddler. Other than that it was great, and our family had an amazing time! We plan to be back!

All about location location location

If this house had been fully updated then it would have been a 4.5 star home/stay. Pros: location, physical space of the home, 3 full bathrooms and new fridge/cooktop/dishwasher. Cons: dirty carpet on stairs, chairlift on stairs, heating/thermostat issues, awkward shower enclosure for the only tub, uncomfortable seating/living room furniture, uncomfortable beds/pillows, no cell phone service combined with slow internet connection. This house is truly about the location- being just steps away from the beach access and a 1 min walk to the beach. Also since it’s located outside of town, the beach was practically deserted the majority of the time. Issues/suggestions to owners: remove the chairlift and dirty carpet on the stairs as it was quite difficult and dangerous to navigate the narrow space. The house seemed to produce its own heat staying between 69° -73° at all times even with the windows open and the fan running and heat off. Remove the awkward folding doors on the only tub in the house- trying to bath a toddler is frustrating and difficult. Invest in better mattresses and pillows- a vacation home for this price should have quality and comfortable beds and pillows. Buy a sectional for the couch- the one couch was extremely narrow and not comfortable for more than one person. We don’t mind not having cell phone service but that in combination with slow internet speeds made it almost impossible to use our phones or stream anything.

This was a perfect location for a quiet vacation . The beach was beautiful .. The only complaint was the description stated beach chairs available under stairs outside however it was locked and property managers told me they had no key .. I did not bring my chairs from home so this was a big bummer since we love sitting on the beach ..also there was a terrible wind storm one night and the front door seal is worn out and the noise from the wind was terrible so it should be replaced and the door readjusted..

The property is great. It's super close to the beach and also has an amazing beach view. There's plenty of cooking supplies, glasses, dishes, towels, sheets, etc. for six people. Has a large kitchen and living area. The bedrooms are a decent size. We'd definitely stay again!

Great Beach Location

This property has plenty of space and is located one house away from the beach. There were views of the ocean from the 2nd and top floor. Other than the rickety spiral staircase and the fireplace not working (management was notified but nothing was done) our stay was wonderful. We would stay again!

Well appointed home, with oodles of everything!

Excellent access to beach; out the door, down the path and voila! House kitted with extras of everything; cookware, dishware, glassware, towels, pillows, throws, games, books, puzzles.... the list goes on and on. Older home with great character. Not new. Not newly updated, but super kitschy, clean and comfortable. Great time and great value. We'll be back! 🥰

Great Location But Needs Updating

The house is less than 100 feet from the beach and has great space for a family. Unfortunately, it is very outdated. The appliances look to be from the 70's and the oven took 2 to 3 times the normal amount to cook anything. The dryer does a very poor job drying clothes, towels or sheets. Most of the towels in the house are stained and should be updated as well. With all this said, we were able to have a great time but for the money expected a bit more.

Steps from the beach

decent house with huge kitchen, nice deck, gas fireplace just a few steps from the beach ⛱. We would stay here again. Only complaint is you have to go to an office in pacific city to get keys and drop off keys. They should just get a lockbox and make it easier on their guests

Fantastic neighborhood and roomy home

The neighborhood and beach are quiet and peaceful even been so close to pacific city. We had multiple nights where we were the only people on the beach. The house was clean. The appliances are very dated but they all worked so no complaints there. The house could use some updating all around but we enjoyed it. Having to go to the office to check in and out was a bit inconvenient but it’s not too far.
