In the heart of Colmar city center, the 225m² Duplex HAUSSMANN apartment is ideal for a family stay, with friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation, or business trip. With its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 15 people.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with an elevator.



The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of Colmar city center. A paid parking area with parking meters is available nearby. The public Montagne Verte parking lot is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height 2.50m, with electric car charging available). You have the option to reserve private parking spaces within a 500m radius of the accommodation. These spaces are limited and subject to availability. A reservation is required. Prices start at €12 per night, per space. You can also reserve a spot in a secure bike room in a neighboring building (100m away).

The apartment has a baby cot and a high chair (These items are intended for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Please bring your own bedding for the baby cot, the mattress size is 60x120cm, or reserve the "baby bedding" option for an extra charge. In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the total number of occupants, including adults, children, and babies, must not exceed 15 people.



Would you like to sleep in a double bed? After making the reservation, you can reserve a "double bed" option at €30 per bed to convert two single beds into a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.



House Rules: This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shishas, and any other smoking devices is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning fees.



Pets are allowed on request (pets under 15kg and not dangerous) with an additional charge of €30 per pet per stay. Pets must be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed and bath linens, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment, and cleaning of the bathrooms. However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a “full cleaning” option for the apartment at €60 before your arrival. If this option is not pre-booked, and these instructions are not followed, a cleaning penalty of €120 will be charged.



For stays of 8 nights or more, weekly full cleaning with a change of all linens is included in the price, excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day for weekly cleaning (except Sundays and holidays) should be indicated in your Yaago traveler profile at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed based on availability. Weekly cleaning is complimentary. If you do not wish to receive this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded. For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a “mid-stay cleaning” option in advance, excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes, with an additional fee.



A digital contract signature and your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be required after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people staying does not match the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
