In the heart of downtown Colmar, a stone's throw from Little Venice and in the immediate vicinity of "place de l'ancienne douane", the LANG apartment (80m²) welcomes you in a modern and pleasant setting. Ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation or work. With these 3 bedrooms and its bathroom, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.



It consists:

a living/dining room with an open equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),

a bedroom with two single beds

two bedrooms with a double bed each,

a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine,

a separate toilet,



The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator.



The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A pay-per-use on-street parking zone is available nearby.

The Montagne Verte public car park is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 690 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of charging an electric car).

You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces within a radius of 500m around the accommodation. These places are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate from €12 per night, per place.

You have the possibility to reserve a location in a secure bike room in a neighboring building (200m away).

The apartment has a cot and a high chair (These equipment are designed for children weighing no more than 15 kg and aged under 3 years). Remember to take bed linen for the cot, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or book the "baby bed linen" option at an additional cost.



Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the reservation has been made, you can reserve a “double bed” option at €30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress and a double duvet.



House rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.



Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.

For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Colmar

The property was ideally located in the middle of old town Colmar with a small grocery on the first floor. As show in the photos, the unit is spacious and has everything you need to cook simple meals. The property managers are very responsive even in the weekend. . Our only suggestion would be to get a smart tv for the apartment

In the heart of Colmar

Location superb for a base for Alsace and the wine routes. Nice size for our group and quite modern apartments. We stayed when very hot so missed having any air conditioning but fans provided. As central location do expect hustle and bustle of town centre but would stay again.

Appartement comfortable, spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. Très bien situé pour profiter du vieux Colmar. Superette au pied de l'appartement et marche couvert tout proche ainsi que de nombreux restaurants. Parking souterrain Saint Josse à 3 euros par jours à proximité (5 mn à pied).Possibilité de stationner rue des Tripiers (proche de l'appartement) pour charger et decharger ( conseil donné par l'agence). Pratique mais localiser cette rue sur un plan avant votre arrivée car difficile à trouver (non indiquée sur notre GPS).

Zentral gelegene Wohnung in Colmar

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen mit Blick auf die schönen Fachwerkhäuser und St. Martin. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer angenehm und die Schlafzimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind mit guten Matratzen und Bettzeug ausgestattet. Ein kleines Manko ist die Toilette ohne Waschbecken. Das Bad war okay. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen wie Tische und Badoberflächen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens empfehlen. Vielen Dank!
