Apartment of 40 m², very quiet, 1 bedroom of 23 m² for 2-4 people. Character house from the 17th century with exposed beams, large windows thus very bright. Atypical apartment with lots of character.

Très bon endroit pour faire les marchés de Noël

Suite à un petit problème technique la propriétaire nous a relogés dans un hôtel que nous avons bien aimés et en plein centre du vieux colmar. Pour les étoiles j'ai noté que la vu extérieur de la façade mais pas le logement. Merci à Anne pour son dévouement pour nous avoir trouvée un autre endroit. Merci à l équipe Abritel

Colmar und das Elsaß - Genießerurlaub

Wir, Ehepaar Anfang 60, hatten für 10 Tage im September 2019 eigentlich die kleinere Wohnung direkt mit Blick auf Klein-Venedig gebucht, erfuhren jedoch am Ankuftstag, dass diese Wohnung einen Wasserschaden hat. Anstandslos bekamen wir von unserer Vermieterin Anne als Ersatz die größere nur 3 min entfernte prachtvolle Wohnung (100 m²) in einer stillen Nebenstraße im Gerberviertel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. In 2 min ist man im Getriebe der wunderschönen Altstadt von Colmar, die auch viele gute Gaststätten hat. Dank der guten Tipps von Anne haben wir aber auch die Umgebung ausgiebig erkundet, haben Ausflüge in die Vogesen gemacht, die Weinstraße mit den süßen Städtchen und Dörfern genossen und waren natürlich auch in Straßurg! Wir können die Ferienwohnung von Anne bestens empfehlen. Auch mit dem Stellplatz für unser Auto in der Nähe der Wohnung hat es gut geklappt.
