Great hotel. Room was huge. Great value for the price. Pool and gym were an extra fee which was a little unusual but didn’t end up using anyways. Fabulous location. Quick walk to the Dom and river cruises. Area felt very safe.

We were sat in the bar and mice (as in plural) were running around the bar area. The bottle of water in my room was already open when I went into the room and half full. I have stayed here a number of times, never had this experience. This really has gone down hill.

Very convenient location, less than 10 minutes walk to the cathedral and a lot of eateries around. Hotel’s parking was full, parked cross the street for $ 19 euro per day. Staffs at reception were friendly.

Great stay could be better

Lovely hotel in a perfect location in the centre of Cologne walking distance to shops and restaurants and the river. The only thing that is a let down is that you have to pay an extra €18 to use the gym! Baffling if you’re a paying guest already

Don't be a guest of this hotel during Carnival. The hotel is more concerned about the festival than the hotel business guests. You can not use the bar as it's limited to a "carnival" selection of cheap beer and liquor. The lobby is always packed with drunk people.
