For breakfast, there were a lot of different bread, fruit, pastries and other breakfast items to choose from. The area has many different stores for clothes, souvenirs, electronics and other items.

Across from main Christmas market. Some rooms are subject to construction in a building adjacent. It started at 7AM. Request a room away from that side of the building or request a heavy discount. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Convenient to train station and shopping and cathedral

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast room was nice and the food are plenty and good. The hotel is centrally located, Cologne Cathedral is one minute walk and the train station is 3 minute walk.

Incredible location. Rooms were great. Unfortunately the lobby coffee was broken all 4 days we were there - I had gotten up very early each morning and since there was no coffee or kettle in room we had to go out and get coffee. That was our only complaint - had a great stay.

Lots of noise from nearby construction, church bells at all hours, and dinner/pub crowds dining outdoors. The windows would shut out the noise, but the room was hot and stuffy with windows closed.

Great location near to Cathedral and Fruh beer hall. Free coffee machine in reception was a nice touch and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The early morning alarm was unique too 😉.
