Spacious and clean

Great location near restaurants and a grocery store. Rooms are clean, and comfortable. Kitchen is very dated but functional. Overall great room for the price and spacious.

We visited this hotel for 2 nights in December for a Christmas markets trip with our 2 young children. It is a 10 minute walk from the central station and cathedral and the area is very quiet. We had an early flight and arrived at the hotel very early for check in. Unfortunately our room wasn't ready earlier than the check in time, but the member of staff that we spoke to was so friendly and helpful, giving us tips on where we could go locally. We were able to store our bags for free in the lockers provided. We were really impressed with the room set up. We had a main bedroom and then a separate lounge area. One of the TVs wasn't working unfortunately, but the one that was working had all the apps available for us to use. The hotel provided 2 cot beds for our children, which they found very comfortable. There wasn't any towels in the room when we first arrived, but this was immediately rectified when we asked. We had breakfast included in our stay. The quality and range of things available was great, we all really enjoyed it. One of the members of staff brought over a box of toys for our daughter, which she absolutely loved. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful hotel stay

Wonderful, compact, quiet, clean room. Nicely located about 10 min walk from central station. Some good food options surrounding the hotel. The climb into the shower was a little intense, but water pressure made it worth it. Front desk service was really excellent. The lobby smells amazing too, they have a signature scent. I would recommend a stay here and would stay here again if I was in the area.

The hotel was stylish, the room small but well appointed, and the breakfasts excellent, with fresh fruit and good coffee. BUT in our three day stay our room was not cleaned once; our bed was not made nor did we have clean towels. For a hotel of this quality and price, that was not acceptable. The manager tried to excuse it by saying that someone had requested that the room not be cleaned, but that certainly wasn't us. sadly that was my lasting impression.

Cozy hotel and area, huge rooms!

The hotel was very cozy and the location, too! The rooms are way bigger than most hotels and this price range. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s close to the main station and a few more minutes to the musical theater, cathedral and old town of Cologne. The neighborhood is very quiet, and despite there being construction in front of our room, you barely even notice the sounds from it. Lots of places to eat around the hotel and lots of grocery stores nearby, too.

The location was good and convenient to attractions. Unfortunately, some construction outside the hotel which was somewhat loud at times and affected the parking. Parking was available but must check in first for the parking card access. We did have a handful of small issues with the room ( bathroom door handle fell off, lime scale in coffee marker, no towels, tissue holder falling off, AC not working) that we addressed with the management and they were taken care of in a timely manner. Large room for European standards.

Great location. 8 mins walk from Cologne main station. Check-in was good. The staff is very helpful. Single room was perfect for me but probably not a good choice for a tall person.
