Location is very good, bathroom comfortable and clean, good room, had asked for twin beds (travelling with a child) but was given a double bed, though not a big problem. Nice breakfast!

Great location. The room is spacious and well fitted out but there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which is a big negative for me.

Fantastic hotel in a great location

Fantastic, clean hotel. Staff very friendly too. It couldn't be in a better location. Rooms are lovely too!

Good location with a great breakfast

Pros: The staff were friendly and courteous, even during the very busy breakfast period on Sunday morning. The breakfast buffet itself was plentiful and delicious. The spa area was in very good condition. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The room and its furnishings were rather worn and there was noticeable dust in places. There were no tea/coffee-making facilities and no free water on arrival, which was disappointing.
Location: Good location for Cologne nightlife; just a short walk from Friesenplatz underground station.

Happy with my stay

The hotel was better than I was expecting which was great. Location was pretty good in terms of reaching the various Christmas markets across the town, and about a 15 minute walk to the Dom area, which was fine by us. Room was good, bathroom fine, and the bar staff served us with a smile. Only real negatives during the stay were: 1 - the fact you had to buy WiFi (this really should be free in this day and age, it was almost cheaper for me to data roam on my phone instead). 2 - the fact i was almost double charged for my room having paid in advance. their printer wasn't printing for the receipt. i questioned the amount and it was soon rectified. i'm sure i would have been refunded in any case, but had i been in a rush this would have been extremely annoying. all in all, a good stay, and would generally recommend the hotel.

Schade war dass das Bier in der Minibar in den 4 Tagen nie nachgefüllt wurde… Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren freundlich und korrekt. Die anderen haben noch potenzial nach oben.
