Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback und Ihren Eindruck während Ihres Aufenthalts in unserem Hause. Ihre konstruktive Kritik ist uns sehr wichtig, um den Erwartungen und Wünschen unserer Gäste zu entsprechen und unsere Qualität ständig zu überprüfen. Leider kommt es immer wieder, gerade bei Wetterwechseln, zu Geruchsbelästigungen aus der Kanalisation, auf die wir wenig Einfluss haben, aber versuchen entsprechende Abhilfe zu schaffen. Eine Renovierung des Hotels ist angedacht und wir hoffen, dass dieses Projekt zeitnah angeschoben wird. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir auch zukünftig wieder Ihr Gastgeber in Köln sind. #feelwelcome
