The spa and communal areas are nice. Unfortunately the rooms really let the hotel down. Pillows extremely soft/lacking substance, which caused me neck pain. Temperature of room uncomfortable also. I slept badly every night (usually sleep like a log). No conditioner in the room or spa which I found bizarre for a spa hotel. The only plug socket was by the door.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit extrem netten Personal. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Wir haben auch ein Upgrade bekommen und konnten dann nach Nachfrage für eine geringere Zuzahlung in eine Junior Suite mit Whirlpool. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer, etwas verrucht würde ich sagen mit rotem Licht und einem Bild mit barbusiger Dame über dem Bett. Aber trotzdem sehr geschmackvoll und für ein romantisches Wochenende perfekt. Der Whirlpool ist super. Davor steht ein Schild, dass die whirlfunktion nicht nach 22 Uhr benutzt werden darf. Dies hab ich nicht getan, lag aber so in der Wanne. Leider hilft dies nichts. Die sehr laute Selbstreinigungsfunktion geht trotzdem so 10 Min. nach wasserablauf an, sodass man die Nachbarn doch stört. Das ist nicht schlimm, sollte nur anders auf dem hinweiszettel notiert werden. Ansonsten rundum perfekt. Wer gern mit Promis frühstückt, ist hier auch richtig. Ich hab sie allerdings nicht erkannt und wurde erst danach aufgeklärt, dass eine berühmte Schlagersängerin direkt am Nebentisch saß.

Todella erikoinen tapaus, mutta kylläkin todella viihtysä. Asiakaspalvelu oli todella ystävällistä ja laadukasta. Ja hotellin baarista sai parasta mojitoa mitä ikinä olen juonu!
