O hotel parece meio mal cuidado. O colchao da cama era horrível, de espuma, já muito velho e deformado. O café da manhã estava pessimo. Parecia que só tinha sobras de pães e bolo. A vantagem era a localização. Muito boa, no centro antigo de Colonia. E possivel fazer os passeios a pé.

Excelente opção em Colônia

Hotel muito bom em uma excelente localização no centro histórico. O prédio é relativamente antigo mas as instalações são excelentes, em especial os banheiros que são modernos. O jardim interno que dá aesso a um excelente restaurante é um diferencial que deixa o hotel mais aconchegante e com muita comodidade para refeições

El hotel es muy lindo! Uno de lo más antiguos de Colonia. Tiene un patio central precioso y todas las habitaciones alrededor, algunas tienen ventanas al interior y otras tienen balcón a la calle y son espaciosas al igual que los baños. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, el desayuno muy variado y rico. El personal es muy amable y atento. Lo único para mejorar es que le faltan algunas tareas de mantenimiento, como arreglar enchufes sueltos, quitar telarañas, pintar y arreglar algunas rajaduras. Buena relación precio-calidad.

A localização é perfeita. O chuveiro e ótimo. Marcar horário para café da manhã é antipático. Durante a refeição, uma funcionária arrumava os talheres, quando deixou cair no chão alguns garfos. Não se fez de rogada ou disfaçou, os pegou do chão e os colocou para o uso dos hóspedes. Um nojo!

Fiz uma reserva quarto superior, chegando lá me deram um quarto inferior do que eu paguei. fui na recepção para reclamar e trocar de quarto a atendente além de não trocar o quarto ela foi super mal educada, por isso não recomendo esse hotel.
