Couple in town for a Show🎵🎶

Room was clean & inviting, bathroom was fabulously spacious {especially in counter space, and had a rather large shower as well} and the staff were fantastic.

I truly enjoyed my experience. Room was clean and well maintenance. The breakfast was rich and hot. The only off set was my late check in due to coming from our of state was almost cancelled because the front desk assumed I want coming, I would have appreciated a call or some form of communication before trying to cancel my reservation. Because of decline of my booking I now have to wait for a new card in the mail because it was recognized as a fraudulent card. I called several times to confirm I was coming but just checking in late, but still the staff at night didn't really seem to care, he chuckled in my face as he told me he was able to cancel. Not the best first impression, but after that my stay was nice all remaining staff was pleasant friendly and accommodating. Which meant a lot because we can't to stay here for our 1yr anniversary. Moving forward id just wish better follow ups on late check in would be pleasant.

Our stay was excellent. Gage, the concierge, was knowledgeable and willing to help with all things. Property was new but clean. One of the elevators went down but was fixed quickly. Have stayed in lots of hotels and this was a very good experience.

Boulder is Better

Our stay was okay. We had just stayed in a Hampton Inn in Boulder and it was so much better in terms of services and amenities. We only had two towels and no exchange of towels or other maid service like we did in Boulder. No fresh cookies in the afternoon either. The bed was clean and bed was comfortable, it just was a let down after the one we had been in.

I would 100% recommend this hotel

Very nice room. Comfortable bed. Loved the down pillows. Like seeing my name on TV when entered room. Streaming services were available on tv Other hotels I stayed in on this trip didn’t have access to streaming services just cable. Front desk gentleman Jack was very welcoming!
