Great location and delicious breakfast!

We had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express! Our room was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the free breakfast — with coffee, egg and cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and cinnamon rolls — was delicious. The hotel is really close to the Dillon Mobility Hub, which made it easy to catch the shuttle to the Manitou Incline and downtown Manitou. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Accessible bathroom shower leaks water all over the floor - not built with proper drainage or shower head position. Beds okay. Bring your own pillow unless you like lumpy giants. Staff nice bit except one, my very knowledgeable about the area for tourism
