Second time staying when I have a quick trip to Colorado Springs, really like the area for walkable food, a bar, liquor store, Voodoo Brewery nearby. Centrally located. Easy in and out, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Nice pool, always chairs and towels, well maintained area and feels safe in a bustling area. My choice for stay when the need arises. The property was nice and the room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast options were good and kept well supplied. Unfortunately, you have to walk outside to get to the lobby for breakfast. Thos wasn't a problem with the nice mornings we had during our stay, but inclement weather would provide a different experience. The door to our room had a large gap on the latch side and it appeared someone had attempted to pry it open at some time, though we did not experience any issues or feel unsafe. The toilet would not flush paper during our entire stay.

Average hotel. Clean but worn out. Both chairs and couch in adjoining suute were wore out, stained and with lots of pet damage visible. Customer service at check in was nonexistent. A robot probably would have been more welcoming than the gruff dude that checked us in. Won't stay there any more.

I love the breakfast. Cleaning service do not carry supplies to assist right away. There seem to be a lot of homeless in the back parking lot. I wanted to take walks back there, but seemed unsafe.

Clean room, and areas around the hotel were clean as well. Breakfast was decent, not a lot of options but enough to get you going. Only negative was the stained furniture in our suite.
