The property was dirty from the lobby to elevators and hallways. The rooms we booked were swapped with a lesser suite with no explanation or compensation. Phone in room didn’t work and linens were insufficient for number of guests booked. We canceled our second night because the experience was so bad. Will not be back.

I asked for smoke free room and our room smells smoky. Room keys needed charging. No shade on window to keep out sun in afternoon. Draperies don’t close. Property very old and worn out looking compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Front hard to read sign covers over a former use of building. Won’t stay here again.

Realized I stayed at this same place when it was a DoubleTree two years ago and remember it being rundown and under staffed but chalked it up to being around the holidays. With the rebrand to a different mid-tier hotel (Wyndham flagship brand), it's clear that the property owner wants to advertise with mid-tier branding but maintain the place like its a forgotten Motel 6. Nothing absolutely awful, everything kind of crap. I'm now half-convinced from my experiences that if the owners are the same, Hilton may have revoked their franchise and that's why they rebranded to something with Wyndham. (That or a new way to reduce costs would be believable to me.)

I booked this hotel as a place to stay while attending the Incarceration festival in Mansfield. I chose one of the cheapest hotels I could find and I had low expectations, and I found that the hotel was better than what I thought it would be. It's somewhat nice for what it is.

PLEASE READ!!!!!! This place is a joke and all staff is accountable! Maintenance not doing good job, house keeping do better, staff if you walk past it pick it up!!! very dirty halls and smell like mold and vomit!!, towels smelled like burt dryer belts, bed was old and uncomfortable, lights in room broken and old, hot tub broken, pool area dirty and trash everywhere, trash cans over flowing, lights in elevator mismatched and a few hanging by the wires flickering, the grounds keeping does not exist property looks abandoned very tall weeds and untrimmed bushes and trees, they have hidden fees, charge you for breakfast and nothing to serve, if you pay for it though a third party booking service you still get charged, breakfast was also packed up and put away before 10am probably wouldn't have eaten it anyway but a banana would have been nice, also the front desk staff in the morning is very unfriendly, i felt rushed and not welcomed back. If i could leave a 0 stars i would!! I feel the state needs to inspect your building! Save you money and stay elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although my nonsmoking room was clean and well air conditioned, it smelled of cigarette smoke. Parking my car I waited until an open spot appeared close to the front door as the outer parking area felt quite unsafe due to lighting. The hallway to my room from the elevator was steaming as the air conditioning was not on; the hallway carpet was flat out disgusting - dirty and browning staining on the entire hallways. With that said my room was quiet and I had a good nights rest. I will not return to this hotel.

Upon entering my room the light in the entrance was burnt out. So I entered in complete darkness. Also the draperies don’t close. They are partials. So I only had shears and I faced the parking lot. It was not a comfortable feeling. My coffee maker did not work. That was not a good start to my morning.

Would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Check in was fine, but the building was in need of repairs and landscaping was unkempt. The interior of the building showed long term wear and was dated. Our room had a terrible odor that smelled of human waste. We were unable to get a refund and all the other hotels were sold out. We had no choice but to stay after being on the road all day and only being half way through our trip. We spoke to several other guests who were extremely upset with the state of the hotel and their rooms. One person was a father with a young son and was disgusted with the situation. After a quick sleep that was interrupted all through the night by loud yelling, bumps, bangs and apparently people rearranging furniture, we were out the door early. As we checked out the receptionist was nearly in tears because someone had just berated her because their stay was so poor. I am sorry she experienced that and the hotel management needs to understand your customers and your staff expect more from you. People have come to expect a certain level of excellence from the Wyndham name, and this was beyond disappointing and disturbing. I would not suggest anyone use this hotel if you have any expectations of a good night sleep in a clean room, without an odor of excrement.
