It’s okay. Coffee makers don’t work, broken door on cabinet, water leaks in shower and all mentioned to hotel, no breakfast that was reported but it was no buffet the whole week until that Saturday and Sunday because it was Valentine’s Day weekend and they so called fixed or replace it and yet I still have to report it ..cause it wasn’t fixed but I liked that the pools were indoor

Really need some help with housekeeping. Tooth picks and q tips right outside our room that were there when we got there and never cleaned up before we left. Shower water sprayed out onto the floor so had to use bath towel to dry it up since there was no bath mat, asked for more towels and never received them. Had to spend the weekend sharing a towel. Light burned out in the bathroom and when we asked for more towels and mentioned the light we were told someone would be up in 20 min and no one ever came.

Staff were friendly as always. I don’t understand if you fill out the precheck in…why do you have to do everything again at the desk? Precheck in didn’t save me any time. Room was very nice!

Disappointed.

Very disappointed with this trip. Hotel was a mess. Room was a mess when I got there. Bed wasn't made. Sheets were all over the room. Dog was barking non stop. Across the hall. The women at the front desk was very nice and moved me to quieter comer room. Which I did appreciate. The hotel it’s self was very dirty and over crowed. Garbage bags in the halls. The restrung want not open for dinner both nights is was there, even though I was told it would be open. Oh, and 8.99 for a continental breakfast with old croissants and muffins is a little bit absurd.

We received NO housekeeping services during our stay. When we asked for clean bath towels, we were told they would bring some at about 9 PM; they arrived at 11 PM. We used the two packets of in-room coffee the first morning and when we asked for more we were told they only had a couple packets of decaf. (I’m not sure which is worse — if that was true or if that was false.) The lounge coffee, we were told, isn’t set out until 7 AM but we had to leave before that time each morning to get to the location we were there to attend and had to leave prior to that time the day we left to go to the airport. In all three instances (housekeeping, bath towels, and availability of coffee — even to purchase) I have received better service and accommodation at a Motel 6. I have to assume this is common to all Wyndham properties and will avoid them in the future.
