They take security to an extreme. I didn't like that when we arrived and wanted to check in we couldn't just walk into the lobby. We had to use their phone, which after 8 hours of driving was actually quite difficult to see the instructions. Eventually we were allowed in, but this isn't exactly a friendly arrival!

We were very disappointed in the dinner and very upset that drinks ended at 730. We had 6 drink cards we went to use after dinner and then it was too late. Offering 3 free drinks a person to be used by 730 is abit much. Need better instruction at desk. We waited in line earlier thinking it was food line and it was drinks only.once we realized it was drink line we ate 1st expecting to get drinks afterwards but it had closed. An explanation at ck in would of been appreciated. Originally requested 2 rooms together. Called and confirmed but at ck in they did not have. Young lady at desk was trying to help by getting our rooms close but when she did it stuck us with no view but other room. Payed so much hoping view the beautiful city but nope.just walls and court yd. .We've stayed here two years in row while at fair. Choose downtown just for city view.

The Hotel room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Never stayed in a hotel that fed you not only breakfast but dinner also! The food was very good! They must really do a full screening on their employees because everyone single one of them was very helpful and very polite!! The only complaint I have is that our room was behind the elevator and it was a little noisy and had a hard time falling asleep. But the hotel was willing to give us another room, but at that point we just didn't want to pack everything back up. So since we didn't want to do that have us a discount on our room and also on the parking garage. I will for sure stay there again and would highly recommend it. Thanks again to the Drury staff for being soooo accommodating! ☺️
