She tried to charge me because we weren’t checked in at 3pm on the dot, and then gave our rooms away again because we weren’t in town to check in exactly at 3pm. My husband questioned why we make reservations if the rooms were just given away, to which she said “hotel rooms are first come first serve”. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
