Hotel was very, very noisy. Sound proofing is terrible at this hotel. People playing pickleball til late at night kept us up. Then the lobby was playing music in the very early hours, 4:00am was when we first heard it, that woke us all up. And it wasn’t soft, calming music, it was as if they were having a party downstairs.

Very rude property. Stay was nice until they assumed our room was the room making noise so we were waken up at 5am by an associate. Our bathroom was very dirty & when I notified them they said the police was called to my room and we spoke to them. Like??? I wouldn’t go back.

Overall this property is nice. However if you are at all sensitive to smells don’t stay here. There was a smell right when you walked in the lobby That was perfumed cleaning supplies or air fresheners that gave me a headache as soon as we walked it. I was hoping the smell was just In the lobby, but it was also in our room. Every time the air conditioning turned on it got worse, like the smell was coming from the unit. I ended up nauseous and having a headache our whole stay.

Low quality considering the price. Vinyl floors, vinyl sofa, basic tv, no premium channels. Pay for breakfast. However clean, nice bathroom and reasonably comfortable bed. I rate it the quality of a budget hotel at a premium price.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable!

Quick overnight to see an OSU football game. Place was clean, with a very comfortable bed. Convenient location in Polaris, right off of 71. Close to shopping and restaurants. Only downside? No free breakfast.
