We went a whole night without electricity—don't hotels usually have a backup generator, or am I mistaken? But regardless, that didn't bother me too much; what I *must* say is that the noise from the other guests was CHAOTIC. They were running around, screaming, and slamming doors—it was horrible. But the staff is 10/10—I’d like to give a special shout-out to Mariana.
