The hotel staff were very excellent and very attentive. Especially once they knew my son had a nut allergy. They proceeded to clearly mark the ingredients on the food counter and on occasion when we dined in , they prepared his food separately. There is a lot of construction in and around the hotel which makes it a bit noisy on occasion was the only downside.

The Staff was really helpful and kind. Even during peak time of breakfast, they are organized and served quickly. Location is very convenient, with a lot of activities (cinema, bowling etc.) nearby. We had a great stay.

Problem at checkin we booked a club room but the hotel had no recollection of this took 1hr to resolve. The duty manager did go out of his way to make us feel valued. However the hotel is run down & in desperate need of TLC, certainly not 5*

Für Leute die Party machen wollen ist das ganz ok Aber ein Deposit zu verlangen für das Zimmer und es hat nicht mal eine Minibar obwohl das lt. Beschreibung da sein sollte finde ich daneben. Das Casino im eigenen Haus ist die Krönung unfreundlicher geht es nicht, noch nie ein Casino erlebt wo die Mitarbeiter dermassen unfreundlich waren Nie wieder dieses Casino und Hotel
