The bellboys and cafe staff were very kind and lovely, but the staff at the front desk in the afternoon were extremely unfriendly. I regret not noting down their name. After finishing my day, I returned to the hotel around 5 PM and tried to open my room door, but it wouldn't unlock. I went to the front desk to exchange the key, but even after the exchange, the door still wouldn't open. I went back to the front desk, and they explained that the door lock needed a battery recharge and said they would send an engineer to my room. After waiting for over 20 minutes and no one showing up, I asked again and was told they’d come soon. I waited longer, but no one came, so I inquired again. This time, they said they had recorded the wrong room number, despite already having confirmed the room number during the name verification process. When I complained, instead of apologizing, they responded with "anyone can make mistakes," which made me feel extremely upset. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing: I found red lipstick stains on the replaced towels, and the replaced water bottles were already opened and filled with used water. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I have no intention of visiting again.

First suite was very dirty, dozens of large stains on carpet- was disgusting. Staff was very friendly, kind and apologetic- and quickly moved us to a nicer and clean room. Thankfully the property is about to go through a major renovation soon from what staff shared with us. Until then, wouldn’t recommend staying.

Perfect location in Easton for a family trip

Our family came down to Columbus to celebrate my birthday weekend. We were really impressed with our stay at the Hilton. Pros: gorgeous lobby, indoor pool, several options for food, perfect location in Easton, plenty of lot and covered parking, free Tesla destination charger, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, nice spacious bathroom. Although we didn’t have a chance to use it, the fitness room looked nice as well and even had 3 Peloton bikes in it. Cons: the walls in the rooms must be a little thin because we would hear babies crying and people talking or a TV from another room at times. The bed was a little softer than what I’m used to. Overall it was a lovely stay. We will definitely be choosing the Hilton again for our next visit to Columbus!

This is a property we’ve stayed at many times but this may have been our worst stay here for the price. The view from our room was great but the room is outdated & not what you’d expect from a Hilton, not only did the shower head fall off but the pillows/bed were horrible & the cleanliness wasn’t great. Although we’ve stayed here many times before because of its convenience we probably won’t be back for a while as it’s definitely not worth the money you pay to stay. We were also told the damage deposit was going to be $50 then our card was charged $60. Very disappointing stay considering you also have to pay for many other things in this hotel.

Great staff! Hotel and lobby are very nice but the rooms are horrible very stain and torn up the first room was so bad they moved us to a different room which was better but still bad. Went to take a shower and no hot water so they sent someone to are room which they showed us you had to turn the shower and sink both on and wait 20min to get hot water. Definitely wont stay again you can get a nicer room at red roof
