It is located in a quiet area, the staff is kind, and I would recommend it. However, cleanliness was lacking, as the trash on the hallway was not collected during my three-day stay. It's disappointing that such small details were not attended to. Also, there are marks on the walls and hallway from where suitcases have scraped.

Seville trip

Nice cozy hotel in a great location in Seville. There was an unexpected power outage one day but the management did their best to make us comfortable and they refunded one day stay as a compensation

So there's lots to like about this hotel. But a few things that (for me) doesn't warrant the price sadly. The staff were fantastic. Super friendly and helpful all the time. Couldn't do more for you. Location is spot on. Close to all of the main sites. Rooms were clean and spacious enough I guess. Great shower, and two sinks! My biggest disappointments were the bars. The rooftop bar was closed the entire time we were there (only open at the weekend). Apparently you could get a drink downstairs and bring it up... Come on now! The bar downstairs wasn't much better. Never anyone behind the bar. Perhaps you have to ask? It's a shame because we chose this place because of the pictures we saw of the rooftop views. Bit noisy too. Not really their fault as the Fiesta was on, but the windows aren't the best at keeping the sound out. So if money is not an issue and you want somewhere central (and don't care for a drink at any time there), you should consider it. Otherwise maybe have a look around.

Great location. Front desk excellent but roof top and bar service needs improvement. Room needs some maintenance. More training of staff needed to be a 5 start. Overall a 4 star star experience. Not worthy the steep price.
