The room was clean and fresh! The stuff was extremely helpful and kind! We were there for a big event, and they offered us shuttle from the hotel to the Convention Center to drop us off and to pick us up, I think that was a great help! Besides that they let us stay extra time for check out since our flight was around 4. The area was quiet and clean. In general we were very pleased.

Door to toilet clearance is less than 2inches which makes it difficult to exit the bathroom. Everything else was nice; friendly staff. Clean lobby considering how much snow/ice was being tracked in.

Parking felt safe and easy. Convenient access to highways and downtown. Hotel was clean and in good shape. We did have an issue with the in room coffee pot that was quickly resolved.

This seems like it could have been a 4 star but not anymore. The control panel on the elevator shook. The toilet didn’t flush completely unless you held the handle down for 30 seconds. The granite was chipped.

After being stuck in a traffic jam caused by an accident for close to four hours, I attempted to cancel my reservation as I would practically arrive at check out time. Despite multiple attempts from hotels.com, the management remained unresponsive. Terrible customer service and inconsiderate of special circumstances. Will not visit this hotel or use hotels.com again.

The location, in the Grandview Yard, was terrific. The Hyatt is in a walkable area with several good places to eat (Dim Sum Asian Bistro, Past Times Pub). The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive-scrambled/hard boiled eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, potatoes, cold cereals, steel-cut oatmeal, fresh cut up and whole fruit, bagels, toast, tortillas, yogurt, oj, apple juice, coffee and tea. The staff (Saundra & James) were friendly and helpful as were the housekeeping people. It's a great place to stay; we will return.
