Loved decor, but arrived with little time to spare for our evening event and our room was not ready (arrived after 4pm). Had to wait 20 minutes to get in, and were rushed to get to event. Otherwise, nice motel.

Comfortable, room for improvement.

First, I had to reach out to the property late Monday night with an issue with my booking. The person I talked to was fabulous helping me resolve something. At check in the next afternoon the person running the cafe seemed less than interested to be helping me, but I was able to check in quickly and get to my room. The room was a pretty standard motel room. It was neat and updated. There was a hair in the shower and the door to the toilet had some stains on it. Check-out was quick as the two baristas were very busy so I just dropped off my key. My son would have liked a list of channels available on the TV (he was very stressed about it). I was glad for free WiFi but it didn't seem very strong in our room.

Great to see this place brought up to a standard. Great service from the evening staff, even when they were busy closing the coffee shop as we checked in. Checkout was fast and easy. A great place to stay that's not too far from all the fun stuff when you're in town.

The entire hotel was amazing! The staff, amazing! It was close to OSU and several restaurants. The ONLY issue I had was it was severely obstructed by traffic on multiple sides and the train was right in the same vicinity. So while sleeping or watching TV you can most definitely hear that. Breakfast was fantastic and it is a well thought out business strategy. Great job!!

Once I discovered the power lever in the shower, it was THE best shower I've had in any hotel. I had reservations about an outside entrance, but the condition of the room was superior to newer hotels I have stayed in recently. Breakfast was as good as advertised, and I felt safe the entire time.
