The room felt like it was missing furniture. There was no table or ottoman by the chairs. Half of the lights in the room were not working. In the mornings there was no hot water, or even warm water for shower. Not having a breakfast is a choice, but it will influence my decision on where to stay next time.

Check in was hassle due to their POS system my card had to be ran 4xs, the lights over my bed were blown out and had to wait until the next day for them to be changed only to find out it wasn't the bulbs but an electrical issue. And water in the shower is degree above freezing. Not to mention you have to park across a busy 4 lane intersection, so if your traveling with small children or have difficulties walking keep that in mind.

The room walls are very thin and I heard the next room over for a while, before I turned on the heater to be a white noise generator. The staff was extremely friendly and wonderful!

This was the second time staying at this location and once again no parking available. Also was charged for an “in room safe” but wasn’t told about it, I noticed on my card there was a charge that was higher than the original stated amount for the incidental hold, I had to call the hotel to get them to refund the extra fee. It’s not bad for a one night stay but they could really do some updating, especially the sketchy sensor in the elevator that looks like a kid installed it.
