This fantastic finca, for 6 guests, is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a peaceful holiday on the outskirts of Consell.
The outdoor areas of the property are designed to enjoy the Mediterranean climate in complete peace and quiet. The private saltwater pool, measuring 10 x 5 metres and with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.90 metres, becomes the main meeting point for cooling off, swimming or relaxing in the sun on the loungers. Next to it, the outdoor shower adds extra comfort after a swim. The house features a spacious paved area as well as three terraces arranged in different settings: ideal spaces for enjoying breakfast outdoors, relaxing with views of the countryside or sharing a delicious barbecue and long after-meal conversations in good company.
The interior is distributed over two floors and combines traditional Mallorcan character with modern comforts. The ground floor mainly serves as a passage and access area, where an old 17th-century olive press stands out, a charming corner that recalls the history of the finca. On the first floor is the main living area, with an air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, open to the dining room. The induction kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook just as you would at home. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with a shower or bathtub. Two of them have a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is an additional toilet for greater comfort. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
Consell is a charming inland village in Mallorca, located in the Raiguer region and surrounded by vineyards, farmland and the landscapes of the Serra de Tramuntana. It stands out for its proximity to some of the island’s main attractions. From here, you can easily reach Palma, beaches such as Playa de Palma or Alcúdia, and charming villages such as Alaró, Binissalem or Santa Maria del Camí. The municipality is known for its weekly market, held on Thursday mornings in Plaça Major, where you can find fresh produce, plants and everyday items in a very local atmosphere. In addition, on Sunday mornings the popular Consell flea market takes place in the industrial estate, one of the second-hand and antiques markets.
