The Space:

The huge master bedroom and the cool living space in between the two bedrooms makes this cool and large apartment great for larger families, two couples travelling together or business associates wanting to share a living space for co-working and perhaps lunch.



A TOUR OF THE PLACE

From the street entrance take the big elevator to the 4th floor where all 16 hotel apartments of the property is situated along the nice and clean hallway.



Apartment 13 is the 2BR XL apartment facing north with views of the new neighbourhood Strandlodsvej, the Copenhagen ski hill and the city in the back.



The apartment entrance has plenty of space for your overcoats and suitcases.



Inside the modern and clean living space there’s a full kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice breakfast before heading out to explore. Nespresso machine with complimentary biodegradable capsules, stove, micro and regular oven combo, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer.

You enter the bathroom from the living room. It’s spacious with a washer/dryer combo and a rainfall shower-head with hot water that never runs out.



The master bedroom has a comfortable kingsize(180x200cm) bed and a daybed that works as an extra single bed (80x200cm). The second bedroom has two single (90x200cm) beds collected as a kingsize that you can split if preferred. All beds have a hypoallergenic pillow selection and warm fluffy comfy’s for those cool Scandinavian nights. Watch your preferred show on the 43” Samsung smart TV in each bedroom.



The Neighborhood:

Please note that construction work is currently taking place around the building, and some noise or disturbance may be experienced. The apartments are situated right by the healthy cafe Wullf & Konstali, the most popular stop, along the walk and cycle trail to the highly acclaimed and awesome beach area of Copenhagen called Amager Strandpark.



Strolling the residential area you instantly feel the city planners idea of mixing urban and relaxed. With great restaurants and popular cafe concepts popping up around each corner the neighbourhood is finally starting to feel finished.



Metrostop Øresund five minutes away makes this a perfect location for visitors, with only three stops to the city center and the airport, in each direction. Into This Place founder Jacob and his family calls this area home sweet home. This could easily turn into your favourite area of Copenhagen as it has for many locals and visitors.
