This is a perfect apartment for two people who want to live in a quiet atmosphere and within walking distance of the city centre.

One bedroom with double bed.

The 85 m2 apartment is located in a complex with a large common area with benches, grass and a playground.

The city centre is within walking distance and there is a metro station only a few metres from the apartment. Islands Brygge and the public open-air pools are also located quite close to the apartment

A great apartment in a modern and luxurious building, designed by a famous Danish architectural studio and with a super-designed entrance/staircase. The apartment has room for 2 people with access to free parking and with a large corner balcony facing south and west, so there is sun all day.
Access to a large, lovely communal garden, with garden furniture for sunbathing and dining, children's play area and petanque court.

The apartment has a large sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sleeping area. From the kitchen, there is access to the balcony facing towards the South and West, so there will be sun all day. The kitchen is fully equipped and has dishwasher, nespresso machine,and freezer.

The apartment has two adjustable single beds combined into a double bed.

The bathroom is large, bright, and has heated floors, shower, toilet and washing machine and dryer.

There is wifi, iPod docking station and TV with international channels.

The apartment is located on the third floor in a building with lift, underground parking and locked room for bikes.

We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Great place and excellent location

Visiting my daughter while she is studying abroad. This place has it all ie centrally located ie to get to city center, grocery, pubs, restaurants. It was, clean roomy and reasonably priced for the location. I would have given a higher rating but the bed was not comfortable for me. I recommend them getting rid of the two singles pushed together and get one large bed.

Skandinavische Schlichtheit und Gemütlichkeit

Die Ferienwohnung lag im 3.Stock eines moderen Mehrfamilienhauses im Stadtviertel Christianshaven und ist modern, schlicht, mit nordischem Flair sowie mit allen notwendigen Küchengeräten, inklusive Geschirr eingerichtet. Die Anbindungen zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind sehr gut, da direkt vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle und keine 10 Minuten entfernt eine U-Bahnhaltestelle ist. Aber auch zu Fuß war es nur eine viertel Stunde bis in die Altstadt mit ihren vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäften. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bäcker und kleine Restaurants waren in der direkten Umgebung gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Keine 5 Minunten Fußweg bis zum Ostseekanal mit öffentlicher Badeanstalt im Sommer und Saunawagen in den Wintermonaten. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Wohnungsabnahme waren völlig problemlos. Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren auch am Wochenende erreichbar. Einziger Minuspunkt, daher auch nur 4 Sterne, war das Bad, in welchem es fürchterlich nach abgestandenem Abwasser gerochen hat, wenn man nicht permanent die Fenster zur Lüftung geöffnet hat.
