Welcome to our historic family villa in Copenhagen.

This spacious early twentieth-century brick villa combines original architectural details with comfortable family living. The house features four bedrooms, high ceilings, original wood floors, a striking central staircase, several large living spaces and a private garden.

The home is particularly well suited to families. Children can enjoy the garden and dedicated bedrooms, while adults can relax in the light-filled rooms, on the balcony overlooking the garden, or in the dining room and adjoining sunlit living spaces.

Although the property feels green and spacious, it is located within Copenhagen Municipality and is exceptionally well connected. The airport, city centre, Frederiksberg and many of Copenhagen’s main attractions are easily reached by bicycle, car or public transport.

One of our favourite features is the proximity to Damhussøen and its beautiful parkland, which is just a short walk away. The lake and surrounding paths are perfect for walking, running and cycling, with pleasant routes continuing towards Frederiksberg.

This is our primary family home rather than a purpose-built holiday rental. Guests who appreciate character, history, space and a lived-in atmosphere will feel most at home here.
