DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU EXPECT PRIVACY IN YOUR ROOM On my Last day some staff member opened the door of my room and burst In (the door I had locked the night before and was still locked when I went to the bathroom 25minutes before this happened).. Asked If I needed anything and when I said "" no? Why did you Come to my room?"" They just said "" oops"" and left.. When I told about this to the person working In the reseption they said that they were sorry and that it has never happend before.. Then offered me free breakfast but breakfast time had ended and it was my Last day there so that wouldve been useless and then She just said that no can do and signaled me to leave.. When I checked In on the first day there was a Man at the desk complaining about the same thing happening to him and the manager said that it has happened never before.. Which I highly doubt.. On both evenings there was also loud bassy music heard thru the walls.. So DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT PRIVACY IN YOUR ROOM

I was nervous booking this hotel after reading some reviews, but we had an amazing time! The hotel is located in a central, safe neighborhood which is really walkable, and only a 5-min walk to the metro. The rooms were reasonable for the price, the hotel was clean, and staff were amazing and really helpful! I recommend getting the breakfast at least once - it was absolutely delicious!

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. the location was great as we could walk within 5min to the very popular canal and have a large selection of restaurants or 5min to the metro. bus to central train was 2 min away so arriving with suitcases was also easy

The hotel is located in the heart of Copenhagen. Staff were excellent and quick to fix any issues. The rooms are not air conditioned but fans can be provided. We were there during a hot spell so we needed to use two fans. The single beds were comfortable. Not sure if any rooms have double/queen beds. The elevator is older and can only take one person plus your bags at a time. Try to stay on lower floors for this reason.

The room lacked a fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, any air conditioning because it was hot because of summer and was also a dark grey room which held heat and absorbed light. The only cooling was via a noisy desk fan. Also it didn’t have a TV and the shower was pretty weak.

Great location, staff is nice. Room is very minimalist, beds and a desk, not much else. Shower is small, and doesn’t drain well, (2 separate rooms). Breakfast is NOT free as indicated on some sites. Would book elsewhere next time.

Tired hotel in a great location.

We booked this hotel because of the location, which was excellent. The hotel itself, though, was tired with very basic amenities. Small room, no tv, no tea/coffee except purchasing downstairs. No daily housekeeping, blocked sink drain and broken shampoo dispenser. Leaving luggage at the end of our stay was a bit haphazard, with bags just piled up in the reception area with no security.

The lift was so small it could only accommodate one person. That’s fine since it’s not a particularly busy hotel so whenever I was with my suitcase, I could get to use the lift. The room was poorly maintained. One of the hinges of the bathroom door came loose and disconnected from the frame, making it impossible to close the door properly. The room was with minimum ventilation. The curtains also don’t come with a voile so in order to maintain privacy I had to draw the thick curtains all the time, making it even harder to let air in. I understand it’s not a luxurious hotel but they could have done better to at least maintain the basics.

Spent one night here. Shower had an old curtain that stuck to your body, and there was no soap container and the shampoo bottle was almost empty. There was no phone in the room to contact hotel staff, no tissues, no safe, no fridge, no glasses, no kettle. Bed was rudimentary and the sheets had a small brown/red stain and slipped off while sleeping. Room was quiet and we felt safe.

The staff were courteous but they are strict about check in time. You can leave luggage with them before check in time. The hotel doesn’t have a 24 he reception staff. While checking out I accidentally locked myself out of the hotel while taking my luggage down to the roadside. It was a hassle to call staff on call to give me the code to open the lockbox to get the key to open the main door. Good thing a passerby helped me and he was able to talk to the on call staff in Danish. Otherwise the hotel was excellent!
