The hotel itself and staff were nice.. however, there was too much noise from the road, construction on the building opposite started very early in the morning, and don't know for what reason the room was extremely hot even with the heaters off.. And finally there is no dining area so the break was a croissant and bread roll delivered to room in a paper bag.. :(

We are sorry to see that you feel that we did not lived up to your expectations but we are happy to see you liked our hotel and staff. Unfortunately the building on the other side is under construction/renovation but will be finished soon. We do not have a restaurant on the hotel so as written on our homepage and the bookingsites we provide the breakfast in the room. Die Frühstück-Idee (Brötli morgens an der Türe, alles andere im Zimmer plus Nespressomaschine) finde ich für eine Städtereise genjal! Das Zimmer war recht sauber und voll okey für den Preis, die Angestellten sehr freundlich und die Lage genjal! Kopenhagen ist eine tolle Stadt und ich würde genau dieses Hotel wieder buchen!
