Quiet and sunny top floor apartment

Top floor modern duplex in wonderfully nature-but-close-to-the-city surroundings.

Entrance on the 7th floor with small area for your coats and shoes. Also the bathroom and master bedroom. Stairs up to 8th. floor (here the builders decided to put in an extra entrance) with spacious sunlit livingroom/kitchen and dining area. 2 children's bedrooms at the end with great beds. Lovely and sunny balcony pointing south.

Nature, shopping, sporting, exploring - you can do it all.
Sweden only 30 min. by train or city center (Copenhagen central st./Tivoli) 6 min. by same train but opposite direction or 15 min. by metro (Nørreport st. etc).
Travel planner available as app: "Copenhagen travel guide" and use ex. "Google Maps" for transport directions.

4 beds and a daybed for a 5th person to sleep on if necessary, however not so comfy.
Small smart tv, good wifi and bluetooth speaker. Also X-box/Ps3 if you can hook them up;-)
Space in the fridge+kitchen drawer available for your groceries.
Linen and towels freshly made ready for you so you can go about vacationing :D
Kitchen has the essentials plus a microwave oven and a dishwasher.
Bathroom with washing machine and condensation dryer (keep bathroom door open for the excessive moisture to escape).

Feel right at home and I leave you with 1 key (plus 1 extra key with my neighbor in case of emergency).
I imagine that my things are in good hands so when your stay is at an end, just leave everything nice and as you found it. Please do a little vacuuming and that's it. You can put the key in the mail box.
