Paid for a junior suite. Poor booking system. Hotel had double booked us. We were given a room with 2 beds in. Tough with 2 children and a room £103 less for the night. Lost the money. Be aware future customers!!! Big let down for such a nice city

Great hotel and location. Only thing that continues to let it down is the charging for leaving your luggage. I’ve travelled to 73 countries and visited Copenhagen 20+ times and I’ve never experienced that. They must change that.

The left luggage charges are an example of one bad thing that leaves a sour taste in your mouth even if the rest of the stay was ok. The check in process ok, the number of lifts was good, the hotel is clean and modern and the heated bathroom floor a delight. But……charging close to €5 per 4 hours for a locker to store your bags (in a hotel that is significantly pricey per night) is a masterclass in greed. The Scandic might think they are making a pretty penny but in fact they’ve lost my future business for hotel stays. Over 50 countries and countless hotel stays, I’ve never been charged for a case in a hotel I’ve just checked out of, save for a $ tip in US hotels.

The junior suite was ideal for our family of 3 adults. Spacious, modern and very comfortable. The hotel staff were excellent and the restaurant of good quality. Ideal location for accessing Copenhagen and the various attractions in the centre.
