We were assigned a room that had a clogged shower drain with water pooling. Requested reception to have it fixed but the problem was not attended during our two day stay.

Excellent location. Our deluxe room was very spacious and clean but the bed was way too soft and a bit uncomfortable. There were a few events on in the hotel which made it pretty noisy as we were on the floor above the bar area but it did quiet down after 10pm. I'd ask for a higher floor if I were to stay here again. I did online check in and out so didn't have much interaction with the staff but the housekeeping team were excellent and the room was nicely refreshed every day.
