The room and bathroom were spotless, and the amenities (tea and biscuits) were good. The hotel's location was ideal, though very busy and a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall, an excellent value, and we were able to prepay for discounted breakfasts.

The self checkin is unwelcoming and unnecessary. There was an alarm going off in the next door room at 6.45am and continued despite someone from reception coming to deal with it at 6.55am. The bed was uncomfortable - the mattress sank into the middle. Nice big room but not worth the money.
