MAIN LIVING SPACE: The first level features an open great room comprised of a comfortable seating area with 60” TV, a sprawling galley kitchen with Viking range and gorgeous tile backsplash, and farmhouse-style dining. Tons of windows let natural light stream in. The main floor also has a powder room and butler's pantry.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first-floor’s luxurious Primary king suite offers beach-inspired furnishings, and in the bath, you’ll find double sinks and a handsome shower. Upstairs, a loft-style living space with a daybed is equipped for movie-watching and game-playing; from checkers and chess to the X-box, the homeowners have thought of it all! The bunk room has kid-friendly, nautical bedding and sturdy ladders, and it shares a bath with a bright bedroom with a king-size, wrought-iron bed. Another king suite has its own private bathroom.
GREAT FEATURES: With four spacious porches, you'll have a difficult time deciding which one to do your lollygagging on. View awesome sunsets from the rear porch, or play cards and sip cocktails on the top, front porch, which has seating for 8. A convenient, upstairs laundry station keeps clothes ready to wear. Plus, the home is just steps away from the pools, restaurants, and, of course, the gorgeous beach.

Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a playscape. ***NO PETS ALLOWED*** Lollygag is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Lollygag the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
