Definitely paying for location. Nice hotel but no bells or whistles. Rooms are decent, very small and outdated. The carpet needs replaced. They charge for parking. The hotel bar is nice- good food & drinks.

The room was extremely hot…. As was the one below because you could feel the heat on the carpet and the tile. Maintenance came the next morning an hour before checkout. He advised “this sometimes happens.” He opened the vent and fixed whatever needed to be fixed. Sadly, we had to leave already on 3 hours of sleep due to the uncomfortable night.

The staff was courteous, however i had to be moved twice. The first room had a leak and the second room had no heat or air. They also charged me for parking when I had prepaid for parking although they advertise free parking. I almost always stay at Holiday inn but this was the worst experience ever.
