A Wonderful Place to Stay

We took a family trip to Corpus Christi for spring break and had a great stay at this hotel. It offers a great selection of suites, which my son especially enjoyed. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the standout features was the breakfast—unlike many hotels that reduced their options during the pandemic and never restored them, this hotel provided a full, satisfying breakfast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only downsides were the constant noise from the bathroom, possibly due to our room being next to the electrical room, and the lack of a microwave, which meant we had to throw away our leftovers.

Staff not attentive to kids running around halls and guests above us having parties until 330 am both nights. Numerous calls and complaints with no solution and refused to let us move rooms. Additionally, the breakfast was always empty, ice machines broken and the sofa mattress sheets had holes in them. Worst nights sleep I've ever had, I'd strongly recommend you spend the extra few bucks and stay next door

The hotel was good, breakfast was good, room was nice (however, the restroom door was old and stuck) and the room cleaning service was a bit lacking. The hotel overall was good, safe and clean.

The room itself was good, clean and had plenty of room for luggage without feeling cramped. However, the rest of the hotel amenities were lacking. The pool area was not cleaned daily and soda cans, crumbs and old towels laid out for both days throughout our stay. They ran out of pool towels and claimed they were all in the wash and were unable to provide any other towels, but didn’t want us to take them from our room. The breakfast area was small, not enough seating for all guests and ran out of several breakfast items. The entire time we were at breakfast those items were not refilled.
